Itinerary

Day 01 Full Day 7 Color Mountain Itinerary

04:00 – 04:30 am. | Pick up in Cusco
Pick up from your hotel at Cusco and departure by tourist transport to the south of the valley. During the approximately 3-hour journey, you cross Andean towns such as Oropesa, Andahuaylillas and Urcos, until you reach Cusipata, where you will enjoy an energetic breakfast.

08:00 – 09:00 am. | Beginning of the route to the walk
Continuation of the trip to Phulawasipata (4,600 meters above sea level), the starting point of the walk.

09:00 – 11:00 am. | Walk to Vinicunca
Walk of approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes, surrounded by high Andean landscapes, local fauna such as alpacas and llamas, and impressive views of the Snowy Ausangate.

11:00 am – 12:00 pm. | Mountain of 7 Colors
Arrival at the viewpoint Vinicunca (5,200 meters above sea level). Free time to take photographs and enjoy the multicolored landscape.

12:00 – 01:00 pm. | Return walking
Descent towards Phulawasipata.

01:00 – 03:00 pm. | Lunch in Cusipata
Transfer to Cusipata to enjoy an Andean buffet lunch with local products.

03:00 – 05:00 pm. | Return to Cusco
Return to Cusco in tourist transportation. Approximate arrival at 5:00 pm.
